Ben Saunders and his teammate Tarka L’Herpiniere just left the UK for Antarctica to retrace Captain Robert Scott’s iconic 1910-12 Terra Nova expedition. This will be an 1,800 mile, four-month, unsupported adventure from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole and back on foot. Geoff Manaugh from Gizmodo interviewed Saunders about their gear, including a Keron GT, as well as about the expedition before the pair left the UK. Click here to read the article.
